Returns & Exchanges

Any order-related disputes need to be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
We do not offer refunds; however, you can view our Returns and Exchange policy below:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined, and once approved, you will get store credit/exchange.
Blueweave reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
We do not provide reverse pick-up services.

Steps for Size Exchange

For size exchange, please mail blueweavecs@gmail.com with your original order number along with all necessary details of exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The exchanged parcel must be couriered within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
Mail subject line should have ‘EXCHANGE – name – order number’
Once approved, we shall send you the address to courier it back to us. The courier will be organised by us.
Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size change.
The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
We will send a size exchange only once; post that, courier for the exchange will need to be organised at the customer’s end.

For return, please mail blueweavecs@gmail.com with your original order number along with return reason within 24 hours of receiving the product, in an unused and unworn condition.
The return parcel must be couriered within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
Mail subject line should have ‘SIZE CHANGE– name – order number’
Once approved, we shall send you the address to courier it back to us. The courier will be organised by you – the customer.
Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the store credit. This can be redeemed at any future purchase from us.
We will send a size exchange only once; post that, courier for the exchange will need to be organised at the customer’s end.
